About Me

I am an 18-year food industry veteran, served as President and CEO for CSB-System Int’l, Inc in San Diego, CA overseeing business activity for the United States and Canada. My International business background stretches from Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia to all of North America, leading successful sales efforts and managed a team of professional ERP Sales people.

Before selling ERP Software, I designed, verified, installed and marketed various systems such as the “Farmer’s Payment System”, “CAQ” (Computer Aided Quality Management System), Developed traceability systems and COOL (country-of-origin labeling systems) in Europe in conjunction with EAN/UCC standardization bodies and developed a tracking system for beef. I co-authored a book regarding ISO 9001 quality management in the process industry and have written several publications in international meat magazines.

I am a specialist for food-specific business software solutions, sales management and proven process traceability solutions according to international standards and legislation including the US Farmbill, Bioterrrorism Act and EC 178/2002.
